  1. Hosting Services Only
    Refunds are only available for web hosting packages such as Shared Hosting. The following services are non-refundable:

    • Domain registrations and transfers

    • SSL certificates

    • Website security add-ons

    • Site migration services

    • Dedicated or custom server setups

    • Any additional service or add-on purchased separately

  2. 7-Day Refund Window
    Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. After this period, the service will be considered accepted and non-refundable.

  3. First-Time Customers Only
    Refunds are only valid for new customers purchasing a hosting plan for the first time. Renewals, plan upgrades, or recurring payments are not eligible.

To ensure fair use and prevent abuse, refund requests will only be approved if the following conditions are met:

  • No Violation of Terms of Service:
    Your account must not have breached any of our policies, such as:

    • Abusing server resources or violating fair usage policies

  • Reasonable Resource Usage:
    If your account has consumed excessive CPU, bandwidth, or storage beyond normal limits for new accounts, it may not qualify.

  • No Suspensions or Terminations:
    Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations before requesting a refund will not be eligible.

    • Free trial accounts

  • Third-Party Fees Not Covered:

    • Currency conversion charges

    • Payment gateway deductions (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
