By using Meta Max Host services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read carefully before proceeding. These terms are legally binding and enforceable.

2. Account Registration & Security
To access our services, you must create an account through our client portal at clients.metamaxhost.com.
2.1 Registration Requirements
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, valid email address, phone number, and physical address
- Verify your identity through email confirmation
- Maintain only one account per person/business (multiple accounts require prior approval)
⚠️ ACCOUNT VERIFICATION WARNING: • All provided information must be genuine and original • Accounts with fake, misleading, or incomplete details will be suspended or terminated immediately • We reserve the right to request government-issued ID or additional documentation for verification • High-risk orders may be placed on hold for up to 72 hours pending verification |
2.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Never share your account credentials with anyone.
- You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
2.3 Account Termination for Abuse
🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY The following behaviors will result in IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION without warning: • Using abusive, offensive, threatening, or vulgar language in support tickets, emails, WhatsApp, or any communication channel • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech toward our staff or other customers • Providing false information during registration or support requests • Impersonating Meta Max Host staff or other customers • Repeated spam messages or support ticket abuse (more than 10 tickets per day) • Threats of violence, legal action in bad faith, or defamation CONSEQUENCE: Your account, hosting, and domains will be permanently terminated without refund. If you only have domains registered (no hosting), domain ownership will be transferred to Meta Max Host. |
3. Billing & Payment Terms
All services at Meta Max Host are prepaid and must be paid in advance to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
3.1 Payment Structure
- All services are prepaid and must be paid in advance
- Payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), but USD and INR options are available
- Accepted payment methods: SadaPay, USDT (cryptocurrency), Bank Transfer, and International Payment Methods
3.2 Late Payments & Renewals
- Services must be renewed before the due date to avoid suspension
- Grace period: 1 day after due date (with automatic suspension after 1 day)
- Late fee: %5 will be added to overdue invoices
- Services resume within 1 to 24 hours of full payment (including late fees)
- After 7 days of suspension, all data is permanently deleted with no recovery option
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
By using Meta Max Host services, you agree NOT to engage in any prohibited activities or host prohibited content as outlined below.
4.1 Prohibited Activities
- Host or promote illegal, unethical, or fraudulent content under Pakistani or U.S. law
- Upload malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any harmful software
- Engage in phishing, spamming, or unsolicited bulk emailing
- Participate in hacking, cracking, DDoS attacks, or network exploitation
- Abuse server resources or degrade performance for other users
- Host content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- Operate proxy servers, VPNs, Tor exit nodes, or anonymization services without permission
- Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive applications on shared hosting
- Host file storage/sharing services, image hosting, or backup storage on shared hosting
- Distribute pirated software, movies, music, or warez
4.2 Prohibited Content
The following content types are strictly prohibited:
- Adult/pornographic content or sexually explicit material
- Child exploitation material (immediate reporting to authorities)
- Hacking tools, exploit kits, or cracking software
- Pirated software, games, movies, or copyrighted MP3s
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, weapons sales, or hate speech
- Gambling or casino websites (unless properly licensed)
- Pharmaceutical sales without proper licensing
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
- Fake news, deepfakes, or AI-generated misinformation intended to deceive
- Phishing pages or fake login portals
⚠️ SPAM POLICY – ZERO TOLERANCE Spam of any kind is strictly prohibited. First detection results in immediate account suspension + PKR 10,000 minimum cleanup fee + PKR 24,000/hour for extensive spam remediation. Severe/repeated spam leads to permanent account termination + domain forfeiture + reporting to anti-spam organizations. |
5. Data Backup & Client Responsibility
⚠️ CRITICAL: BACKUP IS 100% YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Meta Max Host implements security protocols, but data backup is solely the client’s responsibility. We are NOT responsible for data loss under ANY circumstances. |
5.1 Client Backup Obligations
- Take regular backups of your websites, databases, emails, and files (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Store backups in multiple locations (local computer, cloud storage, external drives)
- Test backup restoration regularly to ensure backups are functional
- We are NOT responsible for data loss under ANY circumstances
5.2 Backup Recovery Service (If Available)
If backups exist and your account is in good standing, we may provide paid backup recovery:

Important: Payment must be made in full upfront before data retrieval. Payment is non-refundable even if backup is corrupted, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not guarantee successful backup recovery.
