All features, specifications, and pricing are listed transparently on our website. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any package or pricing at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email, phone number, and address.

    ⚠️ Note: All provided information must be valid and original. Accounts found using fake or misleading details may be suspended or terminated due to spam or abuse.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Accounts exhibiting suspicious activity or containing false information may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.

🚫 Abusive or inappropriate language used in chats, support tickets, emails, or WhatsApp will result in immediate account termination without warning.

3. Billing & Payment Terms

  • All services are prepaid and must be paid in advance.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

  • Late renewals will incur a late fee, and services will only resume upon full payment.

  • If payment details are outdated or invoices are missed, services may be suspended.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Upload malware, viruses, or engage in phishing/spamming activities

  • Participate in hacking, cracking, or DDoS attacks

  • Send bulk unsolicited emails or use spammy mailing tools

⚠️ Spam of any kind is strictly prohibited. Accounts involved in spam will be suspended. A cleanup charge of $120/hour may apply if spam activity is detected.

🚫 Examples of Prohibited Content

  • Pirated software or media

  • Bulk email marketing tools and services

  • Pornographic, adult, or sexually explicit content

  • Hacking or cracking-related materials

  • Warez or copyrighted MP3s

  • Illegal content under Pakistani or U.S. law

  • Content promoting violence, weapons, or terrorism

Violating this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without any prior notice.

5. Data Backup & Responsibility

  • While we implement security protocols, data backup is the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Clients must take regular backups of their websites and databases.

  • Meta Max Host is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

Your account or service may be suspended or terminated without prior notice if:

  • You violate any of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy

  • You use abusive or threatening language toward our team

  • Payment fails or invoices remain overdue

  • You host illegal or prohibited content

  • You abuse resources or engage in spam

  • You engage in any activity harmful to server security or performance

🔒 In case of domain suspension due to incorrect WHOIS info, registrar policy, or legal issues, we may guide you, but we are not responsible for lifting the suspension on your behalf.

7. Uptime, Limitations, and Disclaimer

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but this is not guaranteed.

Meta Max Host is not liable for:

  • Loss of data or business

  • Downtime caused by server or third-party issues

  • Misuse of your account

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance delays

All services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

8. Price Changes and Package Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing of any service at any time

  • Discontinue or alter any hosting package

  • Enforce new limits or policies with updated terms

9. Support Policy

  • For technical support, please open a support ticket via your client portal. Response time is typically 12 to 48 hours depending on issue severity.

  • For quick queries, you may contact us on WhatsApp.

  • Support does not include third-party scripts, software, or custom development unless otherwise specified.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Meta Max Host does not share your private information (such as server credentials or account data) with any third party, unless required by law or with your consent.
